Q?Q: What do you guys deliver?
A.

A: You name it. We deliver everything from an envelope to a plane engine. We have many types of vehicles and trucks that can handle just about anything. Just give us a call and let us take care of that delivery job.

Q?What are your hours of operation?
A.

We operate 24 hours a day.  Our office is open Monday thru Wednesday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm and 7:00 am to 9:00 pm on Thursdays and Fridays. However, a live dispatcher is always on call to take and dispatch your order and to answer any questions you may have.

Q?Can I use your service if I’m just a private party?
A.

Absolutely; All we ask is that you provide payment in the form of cash or check with ID at the time of pick up or delivery. After your first completed job, we can invoice you and no upfront payment will be required.

Q?Is my package or freight insured while in transit?
A.

Yes it is. All Time Delivery is licensed, bonded and insured. Your package or freight is insured while in transit. Insurance coverage documentation is available upon request and we can fax or email it to you before you place your order.

Q?How can I track my order?
A.

Simply call us and we can instantly get an up-to-the minute update on the status of your shipment.

Q?Why can’t I track my order online?
A.

We’ve found that online tracking is highly inaccurate and unreliable. Drivers are constantly moving and the best way to get an accurate update is by speaking with the driver.

Q?Do you provide proof of delivery?
A.

Yes, upon request, we can call, text or email you with  a verbal proof of delivery. If needed, we can also email/fax an image of our delivery ticket with your recipient’s signature. (no additional charge)

Q?Can you pick up and store my package or freight and deliver at a later date?
A.

Yes, please feel free to call us and discuss your needs.

Q?Are your drivers trained to tender freight to a commercial airline?
A.

Yes. All of our drivers are trained to fill out commercial air waybills.

Q?Do you handle and deliver legal “serve papers”?
A.

We apologize, We do not currently provide this service.

Q?Do you offer moving or relocating services?
A.

We do not offer moving/relocating  services but we can assist with the pick up and curbside delivery of large items.
